Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and starph.com ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the starph.com website or its associated services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you are accessing starph.com on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. To register and maintain an account on starph.com, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of starph.com, or an immediate family member of any such person.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on starph.com. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. starph.com uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts.

By completing the registration process, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in these Terms. starph.com reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your starph.com account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

starph.com will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any communication purporting to be from starph.com requesting your password, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

• You must use a strong, unique password for your starph.com account and update it regularly.
• You must enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available to add an additional layer of security to your account.
• You must notify starph.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any breach of your account security.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized that activity.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on starph.com are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). starph.com supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at starph.com's discretion.

The following general terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: To be eligible for a withdrawal, you must have completed the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, including submission of a valid government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification requirements. E-wallet withdrawals via GCash or PayMaya are typically processed faster than bank transfers.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account settings. These limits may vary based on your account verification status and payment method.
• Currency: All balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso. starph.com does not charge currency conversion fees for PHP transactions.

starph.com does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited into your account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

starph.com offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions on starph.com:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds, which are separate from your real-money balance and subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or its games.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are not valid and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activities.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions made on the platform.

• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including minors.

Intellectual Property

All content on the starph.com platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the property of starph.com or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the starph.com platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written consent from starph.com.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the platform.

• Use the starph.com name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorization.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, starph.com, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, disconnections, or service interruptions.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.

starph.com's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your starph.com account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Responsible Gaming

starph.com is deeply committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on our platform. Account Suspension & Termination

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.

• A player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account closure.

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, starph.com reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account, including both real-money funds and bonus funds, where such forfeiture is permitted by applicable law. Where termination is not due to a breach by the player, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

You may close your starph.com account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

Amendments to Terms

starph.com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the starph.com platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

starph.com operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. starph.com makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

starph.com's decision on all disputes is final, subject to any rights you may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulations.
